Small enough to use. Clear enough to start.
Your program connects each action to the goal, gives it a time and purpose, and keeps the total within the limits you chose.
Adaptive AI mentoring for real life
OwnCadence turns one meaningful productivity or routine goal into a realistic week, learns from what actually happens, and proposes small, transparent adjustments that you approve.
One goal. One realistic week. Every important change stays your choice.
The product interface is currently available in English.
Meetings move. Energy and available time vary. Most tools keep the original list and leave you to rebuild it. OwnCadence treats what happened as useful evidence—not as failure.
How it works
Start with one goal, your workable schedule, constraints, and boundaries—without a long life questionnaire.
OwnCadence turns that context into one focused week with one to three actions per active day.
Today shows what matters now, why it matters, how long it takes, and the smaller fallback.
A quick check-in or outcome tells the product what was useful, difficult, or unrealistic.
You see the evidence and the proposed before/after change. You can accept, edit, reject, or keep the current plan.

Questions, answered
OwnCadence is an adaptive AI mentor for one productivity or personal-routine goal. It builds a realistic weekly program, follows what happens, and proposes evidence-backed adjustments.
It can prepare bounded proposals. Important changes are shown before they happen and require your choice. You can accept, edit, reject, or keep the current plan.
Conversation can help OwnCadence understand or explain, but the product outcome is a useful next action and a sustainable plan—not more chat or a larger list.
It separates things you told it, observed patterns, and hypotheses. You can see why an item was learned and can correct, dispute, stop using, or delete it.
No. OwnCadence is for general productivity and personal routines. It is not a doctor, therapist, dietitian, crisis service, or emergency service.
The first product release is web-first and its interface is currently in English. This website is available in English and Romanian. Android and iOS follow later and should not be given a date until their release gates are complete.
Before mentor interaction, OwnCadence explains clearly that the mentor is AI and where its boundaries are.
